Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pawnd’r account and personal data at any time — from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by submitting the form below.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar, bio, location)
  • Your pet listings and their photos
  • Your lost & found reports and media
  • Your favorites, swipes, and saved search preferences
  • Your notifications, devices, and adoption requests

What we may retain

We may keep a limited record where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase/transaction records the app stores require us to keep). Retained data is de-identified where possible.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days. We may email the address on the account to verify the request before deleting.
