Pawnd’r respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice by email to paytonwalker@pawndrapp.info with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Your notice must include all six elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, with a direct link or other reasonably sufficient information to help us locate it;
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement of your good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay removal. We may forward the notice, including the contact details it contains, to the person who posted the material.

What happens next

We review every notice we receive. If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the poster with the reason for the action.

Counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to paytonwalker@pawndrapp.info with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice.” Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number; and
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or any district where Pawnd’r may be found if you are outside the United States).

Unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you from the infringing activity, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
